A: Kaja (which means "Let's go!" in Korean) is K-Beauty for everyone. We create bite-sized, easy-to-use makeup packed with Korean innovation. Our products are designed to be fun, intuitive, and perfect for people of all skill levels.
Q: Are Kaja products vegan & cruelty-free?
A: Yes. We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Q: Are your products considered "clean"?
A: Yes. We are a clean beauty brand that meets the rigorous "Clean at Sephora" standards. All of our products are formulated without harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates (SLS & SLES), phthalates, mineral oil, formaldehyde, and more.

Q: What is a Beauty Bento?
A: Our Beauty Bento is an award-winning, iconic product. It's a stacked eyeshadow trio featuring curated matte, shimmer, and glitter shades in a bite-sized "bento box." The bouncy, creamy powder formula is designed to be applied effortlessly with your fingertips, making it perfect for quick, beautiful eye looks.
Q: What is the difference between Mochi Pop and Cheeky Stamp blush?
A: They are two different ways to get a beautiful flush! Mochi Pop is a cream-to-powder compact blush with an innovative bouncy, powder-gel texture that feels like a cream and finishes like a powder. Cheeky Stamp is a liquid cushion blush with a unique, heart-shaped applicator that you stamp onto your cheeks for a sheer-to-buildable, dewy glow.
Q: How do I find the right shade for my skin tone?
A: We recommend looking at the product pages, which show swatches on a variety of skin tones. For our Beauty Bentos, we also provide a color chart that organizes shades by undertone (Warm, Cool, and Neutral) to help you find your perfect match.
Q: Are Kaja products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our products are designed to be gentle. However, everyone's skin is different. We always recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page and performing a patch test on your arm before applying to your face if you have specific sensitivities or allergies.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer FREE domestic standard shipping for all orders over $30 (after discounts and before tax). For orders under $30, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is an additional 3-7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 1-2 days.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
A: Our orders are processed immediately to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been confirmed. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we cannot reship or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
A: For lost packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Kaja Beauty is not responsible for the loss. We recommend waiting 3-5 business days, as packages sometimes arrive later, and checking with neighbors. If the loss was due to a carrier mistake, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. For damaged items, please contact our customer service team at orders@memebox.com first with clear photos of the damage before taking any other action.
